Jaseentha has served as Director and Company Secretary for various Singapore registered companies since 2013. She is experienced in corporate secretarial matters with a focus on providing corporate administrative and compliance services. The clients she has served come from various industries such as insurance, mining, healthcare, education, aviation and personal development. Jaseentha is a Registered Filing Agent (RFA) with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) in Singapore.

She is focused on working with clients from Australia, where she spends considerable time, assisting them with setting up Singapore entities as a means to tap into the burgeoning Asian markets. Since COVID-19, she has become particularly interested in reaching out to Australians with Singapore registered entities who may require her assistance to meet compliance requirements and deadlines,  to deal with banking issues, to determine the viability of continuing their businesses and to look at succession planning for their businesses.
