Prior to joining Elderton, he has served at various positions in Big 4 and Mid-tier accounting firms in Dubai, Melbourne and Philadelphia (US).

Rafay is a Chartered Accountant, Registered Company Auditor and Certified Internal Auditor. He enjoys working through complex business accounting issues and providing his clients with commercial and practical solutions.
