Rafay Nabeel
Rafay is an experienced assurance and business services advisor with a focus on providing auditing, due diligence and business reviews for his clients. He has assisted numerous clients through their IPO journey and their listing on ASX. Prior to joining Elderton, he served in various positions at Big 4 and Mid-tier accounting firms in Dubai, Melbourne and Philadelphia (US).
Rafay is a Chartered Accountant, Registered Company Auditor and Certified Internal Auditor. He enjoys working through complex business accounting issues and providing his clients with commercial and practical solutions.
Rafay has significant experience providing services to clients within a diverse range of industries, including charities, mining and resources, technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, media and property.

Lee Carter
Lee has extensive experience in the Indirect Taxation space and has worked with organisations across a broad range of industries, providing advice and helping to identify access to a wide range of government grants and incentives.
After initially starting his career as a Commercial Lawyer, Lee moved to the Indirect Taxation team at Ernst and Young, where he provided advice to some of the largest companies in Australia.
After three years with Ernst and Young, Lee joined a boutique accounting firm that specialised in Indirect Taxation and became the Managing Partner soon after.
Lee is a registered tax agent, holds a public practice certificate and is a Certified Practising Accountant.
Lee helps clients to optimise their R&D Tax Incentive Claims and can assist companies that have been chosen for an AusIndustry or ATO audit.
Sajjad Cheema
Chris is a chartered accountant with over 25 years of commercial accounting experience in both public practice and private consulting roles. Chris assists companies and organisations with an outsourced finance function to manage the bookkeeping, accounting and the CFO role relevant to each client’s stage of development. Chris consults to both private and listed public clients to help manage compliance risk, driving performance and implement strategy. Chris also contracts with the AICD as a finance facilitator and has held board positions including a non-executive director role of a listed public company.
Chris previously spent 8 years as an assurance partner at a mid- tier accounting practice assisting boards and audit committees to manage their financial reporting, risk and compliance obligations
across wide range of industries. As part of his role, Chris held positions as WA representative in both the Not-for-Profit and Automotive sectors.
Chris is a Chartered Accountant, Registered Company Auditor and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
